Before working with LP I couldn’t go through life without constant back pain. I tried multiple approaches, loads of amraps, crash diets, tons of painkillers and wishful thinking. I thought I would always have to train with pain.

I realized I wasn’t broken. That I could actually do the things I wanted to do like play with my kids, play hockey, hurling and participate in the CrossFit open and take on the Iron man. I ran my first marathon, I can crush all my 40yr old friends at any physical test. I don’t have daily back or knee pain and I have only had one back flare up in 4 years.

As a medical resident my schedule is constantly variable and often unpredictable. My biggest challenge with training was staying consistent which made me feel like I lacked discipline and progress.

Prior to working with LP I had tried CrossFit group classes, online programs or doing my own thing. None of these directly focused on my goals or offered enough flexibility and accountability.

Working with LP is like having someone on your team. He has an uncanny ability to know better than myself exactly the training I need on a given day. “Since working with LP my perception of strength training has changed

My biggest struggle was confidence in my physical appearance, my endurance and strength as a dancer. Prior to working with him I tried hot yoga, pilates, increased the amount of dance classes I was doing, and tried adjusting my diet without any real guidelines.

Before starting I was worried that my muscles would bulk up, and that I would loose some muscles and become less efficient in dancing.

Since working with LP my perception of strength training has changed; when programmed well as LP does, it supports dancing in a very effective way. It's almost what was missing this whole time! For the fire, the power, the control and mostly...the confidence. I have reached multiple milestones in a short time working with him and his workouts have made everything else feel easier.

It is way more personalize than you'll ever imagine. Tell him exactly how you feel and what your goals are and he will troubleshoot them with you openly. If you're unsure about the format it being predominantly online, don't worry. It is impressively hands-on with the softwares LP uses to give you feedback. Trust me, you will feel like he is right there with his encouraging and constructive comments.
