“Since working with LP my perception of strength training has changed

My biggest struggle was confidence in my physical appearance, my endurance and strength as a dancer. Prior to working with him I tried hot yoga, pilates, increased the number of dance classes I was doing and tried adjusting my diet without any real guidelines.

Before starting, I was worried that my muscles would bulk up and that I would lose some muscles and become less efficient at dancing.

Health and performance is a journey without a true destination

I started coaching 10 years ago when my obsession for optimizing my health and improving  my performance turned into a passion for helping others.

Along the way I’ve put in over the thousand hours and coached hundreds of people in various capacities and performed millions of repetitions myself (and chewed lots of veggies)! I’ve sought education and mentoring from some of the best in the industry. This has led me to refine my online coaching model for more than half a decade.

The goal for me is simple: guide and educate others to relentlessly chase after their fitness goals while integrating it into the reality of our busy lifestyle.

Fitness can be so simple, yet hard to manoeuvre. I’ve made a few mistakes myself, following inappropriate training programs and dietary approaches. These experiences have allowed me to learn and help my clients succeed and avoid misinformation, stagnation, lack of direction and misalignment in their training approach.

True health and performance is a journey without a true destination. It’s an ongoing and ever changing process that we all need to navigate. A process I believe many would benefit to not navigate alone.
